How the store works

NO ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY ANY OTHER MEANS,ONLY THROUGH THE SHOP(no email,no whattups,no sms,no phone calls ect.)

A) Order
1. You can place an order directly on our website by using the shopping cart facility, and pay with your VISA or MASTERCARD card. Simply use the navigation bars to browse through our products, select the product you want and click the “add to cart” button. You will be given options to continue browsing through other products, and you may add as many products as you wish. When done, click the “checkout” button. You will be prompted for delivery and payment details.

2.The shop will automatically send you an receipt after the payment was successful,we will then receive your order via email.Your order will be removed from the shop after payment and only shipped after confirmation of payment.
3.An email will be send to you with your tracking nr as soon as your parcel have been shipped.

B) Delivery & Dispatch
The store will make use of various couriers
We will do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible.
After we get confirmation of payments we will pack your parcel and send you the tracking nr via email.

C) Shipping Cost
1.For domestic shipping the online shop has a flat-rate of R110 per parcel and we reserve the right to use any courier. (however their can be additional charge from the courier company for Rural, Farms, embassy ect.) and please make sure somebody is available to receive the parcel

2.As we are base in South Africa there will be extra costs to ship abroad. For deliveries in other countries –please confirm the extra costs per email and see if your country allow products for South Africa
for International deliveries we will contact the courier company and get a quote we will then send you the quote. After we received the confirmation of the finial payment we will send the parcel and sent you a tracking nr.

D) Returns
If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them unopened and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for the original shipping costs and the cost of the return postage. We recommend that returns are sent by registered mail as we cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.

E) Privacy & Security
All your personal details are transferred to us using 128-bit SSL encryption and can only be accessed by us so that we can process your orders. Your credit card details are not stored at all.

We promise to protect your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect to process your order and provide you with the best possible service. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties.
