Terms and Conditions

All efforts are made to present yarn colous as true as possible, but please keep in mind device screens can differ alot!!!!!!!
Please make sure your address and contact number is correct for courier purposes, and someone to receive parcels when delivered
Please allow ±7 working days for domestic parcels to major cities, rural areas do take longer
International Parcels is covered in our FAQ’s section
When you do not see a certain product in the online shop it is no longer available and can not be repeated
No refunds or returns are allowed
No two skeins are exactly the same as these yarns are all hand dyed
Please refrain from unnecessary emails as my time is precious cuase every aspect of my little business are done by me
